Dynamics GP Business Portal Table Documentation

The Dynamics GP business portal module stores data in different spots in SQL Server, depending on the functionality.
 
Business Portal Requisitions
 
The Dynamics GP business portal requisitions are stored in the DYNAMICS database, in the following tables:

reqmgmtdocument - header information for the requisition

ReqMgmtLines - line information

 

Business Portal Timesheets

The business portal timesheets are stored in your Dynamics GP company database, in the following tables:

PDK10000 (header information)

PDK10001 (line information)

Note that in the PDK10000 table there is a field called PDK_Document_Status.   This field will contain one of the following values:

A 2, 5, or an 8 indicates that timesheet has not been fully approved and submitted to GP.

A 9 indicates that the timesheet has been approved and submitted to GP.   If so, the field called "PATSNO" indicates the GP document number.

An 11 indicates a timesheet that has been deleted in business portal and thus not submitted to GP.

 

Business Portal Expense Reports

The business portal expense reports are stored in your Dynamics GP company database, in the following tables:

PDK10500 (header information)

PDK10501 (line information)
