Unable to restore backup of Dynamics GP company database

If you have the Dynamics GP Business portal web site running, it creates an active lock on the Dynamics GP SQL Server databases.   So, if you try to restore a backup of a Dynamics GP company SQL Server database, your restore will not work.   You will get an error message saying that you do not have exclusive access to the database at this time.     The solution is to go into IIS on the server that is running Sharepoint/Business Portal and temporarily stop the web site from running.   This releases the lock on the SQL Server database you are trying to restore.   Restore your backup.   Then re-start the Sharepoint/Business Portal web site in IIS.
